Sydney FC full-back Luke Wilkshire has hailed his side's resilience as they ground out a 1-0 away win over Adelaide United despite an unconvincing display on Friday night.
United had more chances and arguably played the better football, but the Sky Blues kept a clean sheet.
"We know it's tough to come here and play," Wilkshire told Fox Sports.
"We probably didn't play our best football tonight. We showed our resilience and will to win as a team.
"We managed to get the result."
Wilkshire played his part in an attacking sense, with the assist for Bobo's winner.
"It was a stretch," he said. "I lost it in the light a little bit, but i got there in the end.
"It was a great ball from Joshy (Brillante) and obviously Bobo did his thing in the middle."
Speaking about the defence, Wilkshire added: "We pride ourselves on that.
"If you keep them to zero you've always got a chance of winning.
"When you've got the quality up front you get the goals. That's important for us."
