Francois, who has dual Australian and British nationality, hails from Sydney and moved to England with his family six years ago.
He signed for the Cottagers in 2017.
The Campbelltown-born midfielder stepped up from Fulham's Under-18s to the Under-23s this season and has made 14 appearances in Premier League 2 and three in the EFL Trophy.
Francois was a child prodigy and was compared to Messi as a child when he was just nine years old and training with the AC Milan Academy.

Francois was impressing even more as an 11 year old.
And he was still showing the same silky skills seven years later...
