Socceroos forward Martin Boyle had a field day, scoring his third goal in seven Scottish Premier League matches in Hibernian's 3-0 rout of St. Mirren.
Boyle was instrumental from the get-go, storming through St Mirren's defensive line and tearing up the right side of the flank before playing in his Hibs' teammates for the opener.
He played perfectly in combination with new Hibs arrival Jamie Murphy, with the two complimenting each other perfectly throughout the match.
Boyle then notched another assist for Hibs' second, cutting back from close to the byline, before scoring the third with a rampaging header right in the corner of the goalmouth to end the spree.
"We picked a team to have that attacking threat and to have deliveries from wide areas and we did that a lot," Hibs manager Jack Ross said post-match.
"Jamie gives us a different dynamic. He picks up more narrow areas of the pitch and pockets than Martin does. Martin enjoys that width and it is a good balance to have between your two wide players."
