French club Olympique Lyonnais have released their home and away kits for the 2019/20 season, with each strip set to be debuted over the next two weekends.

The adidas-manufactured jerseys were unveiled via Lyon’s official Twitter account overnight, modelled by the likes of Ballon d’Or winner Ada Hegerberg, recent Liverpool-target Nabil Fekir, Lyon Féminin captain Wendie Renard and highly-valued prospects Tanguy Ndombele and Houssem Aouar.

Lyon’s home shirt will be predominantly white, with Hyundai retaining their front-of-shirt sponsorship which appears just above the easily-missed lion graphic which is embossed on the shirt’s lower half.

With red and blue appearing only as trims for the sleeve cuffs, the shirt’s more prominent secondary colour is silver, which is used for the detailing on the jersey’s shoulders and on the sides of the accompanying white shorts.

The club’s away shirt uses navy as its base colour, whilst introducing thin, slightly-lighter blue vertical strips which are somewhat reminiscent of those which appear on Barcelona’s 2017/18 kit.

Despite some red trims, white is used for most other detailing, including the shirt’s collar, sleeve cuffs and adidas ‘3-stripes’ which appear on either shoulder, whilst navy blue shorts and socks complete the look.
