France defender Raphael Varane said on Sunday night that the atmosphere in his side's dressing room was "crazy" following their 2018 FIFA World Cup victory.
France won the 2018 FIFA World Cup after beating Croatia 4-2 in the final at Moscow's Luzhniki Stadium on Monday.

"The atmosphere in our dressing room was crazy after the victory," Varane said.
"Now we need to feel the moment in full, I know that something incredible is happening in France now as well, I can't wait to arrive in Paris and share these emotions with everyone."

Varane added: "We didn't expect that the Croatia match would be easy, but we stood the test due to our team cooperation. We have a very good team, there are many talented players with a great future,"
Russia's first-ever FIFA World Cup kicked off on June 14 and came to a close on Monday with 64 games played in 11 cities across the country.
