Parma have announced the signing of 30-year-old striker Antonio Cassano from Inter for an undisclosed fee.
The details of Cassano's contract are unknown, but the length is expected to be confirmed on Thursday as part of his first press conference as a Parma player.
Cassano – who lists Bari, Roma, Real Madrid, Sampdoria, Milan and Inter as his former clubs – scored 10 goals in 39 appearances in all competitions last season.
A brief statement on Parma's official website confirmed the signing: "Parma FC is happy to announce the acquisition of Antonio Cassano from Inter Milan and to welcome him in the gialloblu family.
"The details will be published tomorrow during the official presentation of the player at Tardini stadium at 6.30pm (local time).
"He will be in the press conference before greeting the fans inside the stadium."
Cassano's switch is expected to be followed by Ishak Belfodil's move in the opposite direction after the Algerian scored eight goals in 34 outings last term.
Parma finished 10th in the Serie A last season.
